At Cromwell we love to celebrate our and our people's and successes with regular team socials throughout the year. We host a wide variety of events in all our offices, such as company BBQs in the summer and festive Christmas parties.
Volunteering
We exist to look after people and try to achieve this purpose by encouraging our people to get involved in the communities around us, where they can volunteer either as part of company initiatives or on a personal basis. Each Cromwell employee gets 2 days’ paid leave per year to work for charities which are close to their heart.
